Shipping Policy

Faith & Cedar products are handcrafted and many are personalized especially for you. Please allow time for your item to be created before it ships.

Processing Time

Processing times may vary by product and will be shown on the applicable product page. Personalized orders begin processing after we receive all required personalization information, including names, dates, messages, and photographs when applicable.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $8.95 per order. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are in addition to our processing time. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays may occur that are outside of Faith & Cedar's control.

Shipping Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order. Faith & Cedar is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photographs of the item and shipping packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
